Building Pathways From Homelessness to Lasting Stability.

What We Do

RCC is a hybrid nonprofit organization that blends mission-driven outreach with a sustainable business model. Through a dual structure — a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and a revenue-generating LLC — we provide immediate resources, shelter support, and long-term programs that help individuals and families transition out of homelessness.

Every purchase made through our LLC directly funds our programs, creating a self-sustaining cycle of care and impact.

Empowering Communities with Compassion to Create Pathways to Stability

Rucker’s Community Care (RCC) was born out of a deep, generational love for Long Beach, California — and a powerful desire to uplift its most vulnerable residents. Founded by Tiffany Rucker, a proud Long Beach native and graduate of Long Beach Poly High School, RCC exists at the intersection of purpose and sustainability. With roots that span over three decades in the city, Tiffany’s commitment to her community is personal, profound, and unwavering.

Every dollar makes a difference.

RCC relies on the generosity of donors to fund housing assistance, shelter programs, care packages, food assistance, and more. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, your donation is tax-deductible.

Creating Pathways to Stability — One Life, One Community at a Time

At Rucker’s Community Care (RCC), our mission is clear:

We forge pathways to stability for individuals experiencing homelessness by providing safe shelter and opportunities for personal growth, fueled by the sustainable revenue from Rucker’s Community Care LLC.

We believe that homelessness is not just a housing issue — it’s a human issue. That’s why our work centers on the whole person: their dignity, their potential, and their right to a stable, meaningful life.
